Weight Loss Tips:

Take less calories than you spend. Few people understand this basic, simple concept.
Eat smaller meals 3-5 times per day.
eating nutrient dense foods such as grains, lean protein, fruits and vegetables.
eat slowly and wait 10-15 minutes before help take seconds.

I want to add more difficult to avoid white sugar and white flour and a little with them.
